Cheppers is a German Shepherd mix female.  She was found wandering the neigbhorhood by a lady who, while she thinks Cheppers is a very nice dog, is not able to keep her.  She is very concerned for Cheppers well-being, and is fostering her temporarily until a permanent home may be found.  According to her, Cheppers is an awesome, sweet dog.  She has a very nice temperment, and is very affectionate.  She would make a great pet for a lucky person.
