Thank you for your interest in our German Shepherd Dogs. To adopt a dog, a person must be:

An adult with the responsibility for maintaining a household.
Have ID verifying address, such as a driver's license.
Be able to provide for the training and veterinary care of the dog and to pay an adoption fee to help cover the costs of rescue care.

The form below is simply a way for us to gather some basic information. To apply for a dog, you will need to fill out a full application.

Once you fill out the form, you should receive a follow up call from one of our volunteers within 48 hours. If you do not hear from us within that time, please call 512-264-2478 to confirm that we received your form.
